The logo for the ceremonial events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitutional Law on the Statehood of the Republic of Latvia, drawn by nine-year old Luīze Anna Pētersone, depicts a rooster proclaiming freedom.

The logo was selected by a public vote in the main building of the Saeima on the Night of Museums and on the website of the Latvian Television channel. A total of 90 logo designs were submitted for the logo contest.
